Almadale Farms (Phase 12)
The following homes were constructed by The Salvaggio Group. All homes were constructed under the project management of Tony Salvaggio, a partner in The Salvaggio Group and designed by Sullivan and Associates to replicate the 1920’s Bungalow or Four-Square Design. All exterior color palettes are from Farrell Calhoun’s Historical Color Chart. The interior of two homes are pictured prior to the owners move-in to show period style detail in trim, floors and bathrooms. The Salvaggio Group has more than twenty five 1920’s plans archived at our office for viewing.
