Forest Hill Estate Renovation
This project is on a large estate in Germantown on Forest Hill Irene. The owner commissioned Mallard and Steven Architecture of Memphis for the design, Ben Page Landscape Architecture of Nashville for the design of the grounds and Salvaggio for construction. In phase one, the owner requested the addition of a fully functional guest house, swimming pool, loggia, herb and water garden and completely redesigned grounds surrounding. Phase two included a conservatory and master wing. This project details a true representation of the level of detail and craftsmanship within The Salvaggio Group.
