Germantown Bathroom Renovation & Addition
Although only a few years ago the owners invested in having the GermantownBathroom on the exterior of the home brought up to specification, they decided to have that product removed and brick the home for more of a European feel. Charleston brick has been selected which was the brick of choice in our award winning Vesta Homeshow house the "Germantown Bathroom Renovation and Addition". Along with the addition of brick, new insulated Low-E four over four windows to the front elevation, round downspouts and French collectors, custom Cypress shutters and operating hardware, copper accents, new architectural roof, completely replaced cornice as well as the same color palette as the "Germantown Bathroom Renovation and Addition". The owners will also be updating the termite protection of this home with Terminix's most up-to-date liquid treatment, Termador. The owners have also contracted Jerry Smahay to redesign a specific area of the already impressive backyard. A secondary project occurred in tandem with the exterior renovations, an expansion and renovation of the Master Bath. Japanese design elements were used to influence the overall re-design.
