Market

Now that you have your vision translated into plans, blueprints and renderings, it's time to start building. It's also time to start thinking about how to market your development. Salvaggio Group can also handle this process.

Our over 60 years of combined experience in the construction business coupled with our marketing associate, Jared Rawlinson, affords you the freedom and convenience to have all aspects of your development realized with just one company. There is now no need to seek out a different company to facilitate design plans, code compliance, construction, marketing etc.. We have consolidated all of these essential services into our model.

Our 5-Step Approach

We take a hands-on approach when it comes to your marketing. We want and need to understand every aspect of your project. From history to concepts, this information allows us to help write your story and communicate your vision to the world. Through face-to-face meetings, Salvaggio Group will work closely with you to develop a concise marketing plan and budget to ensure your development not only sells but impresses. Our process is as follows:

  1. Discovery - Our team will work closely with yours to learn your story. Where have you been? Where are you going? How do you want to get there? This step enables us to develop a marketing plan and budget.
  2. Planning - Once we know everything we can about your project, we present our marketing plan and budget. Whether you need your message out in the public eye within weeks or months, we have it taken care of.
  3. Look & Feel - The next step in helping you realize your vision is by establishing a look and feel for your project. This includes market positioning and logo concepts.
  4. Website & Collateral Design - Salvaggio Group will design and develop all web and print pieces based on the look and feel agreed upon. We believe that an optimized, intuitive website should be "ground zero" for your operation. Therefore, any e-marketing, brochure designs or ad campaigns will be targeted to drive all interested parties to your website.
  5. Maintenance - Even after sales are made, ongoing services such as e-marketing and search engine optimization must be maintained.
