European design elements such as Elizabethan brick inlays coupled with copper accents and subtle touches of cedar and stone, replicate the European manors of centuries past. Great care has been taken to design and situate this European masterpiece on its 1.5 acre grounds. Stately oaks and sycamores on this beautiful and natural terrain create a truly picturesque scene of long ago.
The Miles Avery Manor opens to a 30' foyer with a grand staircase and intricate cedar beams. Follow this area to a spacious master wing that includes the bedroom, an adjoining exercise facility and a luxurious bathroom with vaulted ceiling, fireplace, sitting area and accommodating closet. The master wing also provides access to a private turret study.
The Salvaggios incorporate family and their Italian heritage into the kitchen. A romantic Italian style of the past has been recreated with modern amenities sure to please the most discriminating amateur or professional chef. A true stock room provides ultimate storage and convenience. Appliances by Wolf® and Subzero® set the scene for almost any culinary adventure. True commercial design has been implemented. Subzero® provides enough refrigeration for imported cheeses and over 400 bottles of wine. The Miles Avery Manor offers many amenities including a butler’s pantry, a second master suite down, and large vaulted living spaces. A screened Veranda with Wolf grilling under roof makes "weather permitting grilling" a mere memory. Spacious garages accommodate up to four vehicles and a Porte Cochere leads to courtyard parking. The upstairs offers two additional bedrooms, two full baths, a laundry chute, loft, game room and a full movie theatre with stadium seating.
