- 1994 worked after school on construction sites doing cleanup work and learning to operate heavy equipment
- 1998 graduated Houston High School and went to work full time for Charles Salvaggio, Builder learning construction management and operations
- 2000 Founded Salvaggio Group, LLC with father Charles and brother Tony
- 2003 named project manager over construction at Poplar Grove subdivision in Germantown resulting in 30 custom and spec homes.
