Germantown Bathroom Renovation and Addition

The owners contracted The Salvaggio Group to add a Hearth Room off of the existing Kitchen and Breakfast Room of this home. This upscale home is located on a "Zero Lot" therefore special consideration in design had to be taken into account.
Germantown Entire Home Renovation
This 5200+/- heated sq. ft. house was build in 1984. The Salvaggio Group purchased this home for a complete interior renovation. This fine home in one of the few remaining estate areas of Germantown has under-gone a full renovation.
Forest Hill Estate Renovation
This project is on a large estate in Germantown on Forest Hill Irene. The owner commissioned Mallard and Steven Architecture of Memphis for the design, Ben Page Landscape Architecture of Nashville for the design of the grounds and Salvaggio for construction.

Germantown Landscape/Drainage Project
